How long does degree attestation take?
Degree attestation timelines depend on the number of verification steps required — typically HEC verification, followed by MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) attestation, and Mosadaqa where applicable. This process generally takes longer than standard visa processing since it involves multiple government bodies. Delays can occur if supporting documents are incomplete or if additional verification is requested by any authority in the chain. As with visa applications, you can monitor exactly which stage your attestation has reached in real time through your dashboard or the public tracking page.
What documents do I need to upload?
Each package lists its required documents on your dashboard once you select it, along with a live checklist showing what's still missing.
Can my company submit visas for multiple employees?
Yes — company accounts can add staff members, assign them packages, and track every case from one dashboard.
What is Mosadaqa, and why do I need it for my degree?
Mosadaqa (also written as MOSSADAQ) refers to the certification/attestation stamp confirming your academic degree has been verified and authenticated by the relevant authorities before it's accepted by employers or the Saudi Mission. For most employment visa packages involving degree-holders (such as doctors, engineers, and other professionals), Mosadaqa is a required document alongside your original degree attestation from HEC and MOFA. Once you select a package requiring it, it will appear in your required-documents checklist, and you can upload a scanned copy directly from your dashboard.
What is a QVP or Professional Certificate, and is it required for my visa?
A Qualification Verification Program (QVP) certificate — or an equivalent professional certification depending on your field — confirms that your professional qualifications meet the standards required by the relevant Saudi regulatory body (such as the Saudi Council of Engineers for engineering roles, or the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties for medical roles). Whether this is required depends on your profession and the specific package you select. If your role requires it, it will be listed under that package's required documents. Our team can guide you on how to obtain it if you don't already have one.
How long does visa processing usually take?
Processing times vary depending on the type of visa, the consulate handling your case (Karachi or Islamabad), and how quickly all required documents are submitted and approved. As a general guide, standard employment visa processing typically takes a few weeks from submission to approval, though this can extend if additional documents are requested by the consulate or employer. You can track your case's exact current stage — from Submitted through to Ready for Collection — at any time using your passport number and date of birth on our Track Application page, without needing to contact us directly.
What is Consulate attestation, and when is it required?
Consulate attestation is the final verification step where the relevant Saudi Consulate stamps and confirms your attested documents — such as your degree, marriage certificate, or other official papers — before they're recognized as valid in Saudi Arabia. It typically comes after your documents have already been verified by HEC and MOFA. Which consulate handles your case depends on the option selected during your delegation or application. You can track when your documents reach the consulate attestation stage the same way you track any other status — through your dashboard or the public Track Application page.
